We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Personal Checks, Money Orders, International Money Orders, Cash, and Paypal. Read below for complete details.

Credit Cards (including Bank Cards)

We accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express Cards. Each card is subject to an AVS (Automatic Verification System) match, which helps protect our store from fraud. The AVS system accepts all cards in the United States, and some in Canada and United Kingdom. (It is the cardholder's bank that determines acceptance of the AVS.) Customers whom live outside the United States, and are rejected by our AVS system, cannot use a Credit Card to pay for an order. See below for alternative methods.

Credit Card information is transferred over a high-encrypted 128bit direct connection with the Gateway Processing Center. Each transaction is also digitally password protected through an encrypted code. Studsandspikes.com does not store any credit card information. This gives customers the highest confidence for each secure transaction. Protection by encryption can be much higher than using your card at your local grocery store, or gas pump!

Has your card been denied, and you live in the USA?
It is possible that you have not entered the right address for your customer information. Please verify that you know the correct billing address of your credit card. (This billing address is the same address that the credit card's monthly statements are sent to.) When you know your card's billing address, make sure that your Studsandpsikes.com store "customer" address matches the credit card's address. To check this, click on the "My Account" link, and then click on "edit account" button. (Or click here.) When you get to the account-editing page, you will need to enter in the correct address, and then verify the changes by typing the password in at the bottom. Now, the "customer" address should match your credit card's billing address, and the AVS system should find the match and accept your credit card. Please note, that when checking out, your "shipping" address can be changed to anything you would like, as long as the customer address matches the credit card's address.

Payments By Mail

All payments by mail can be sent to Studsandspikes.com address after the customer has completely checked out of the store. We do not send orders until payment has been received and verified. Completing our online checkout system better ensures that the items will be put on hold, so that items will stay in stock while payment is sent in the mail. Write the order number on the Check or Money Order when sending in payment. Make all payments out to:

Money Orders can be obtained from the Post Office, Banks, Western Unions, check-cashing places, and most Drug and Convenience stores.

International Money Orders (IMO) must be made out in US Currency (USD). You can get International Money Orders from your bank, Western Unions, US money institutions, and some Post Offices. IMO availability varies from country to country.

Personal Checks are acceptable. You must give Studsandspikes.com 14 days to clear each check from the time we receive it in the mail. Waiting 14 days to clear the check protects us from receiving bounced checks. If a check does bounce, we will take the fee (usually $15.00) out of your order and/or not ship the order until the bounce fee is paid.

Cash. Many customers choose to pay in cash. Do not ever mail coins, and remember to camouflage the cash in the envelope. Cash is not a protected form of payment, and if lost or stolen, there is nothing Studsandspikes.com can do.

What is my order number? Your order number is included on the confirmation email that was sent to your email address, just after check-out. If this email was not received, you can check it by going to "My Account" and clicking on "Order History" (or click here). Write yoru order number on your check when sending in payment.

Paypal.com

Paypal is an online payment option. Members can instantly and securely send money to anyone in the U.S. with an email address. PayPal is also available to people in 38 countries. When you use this option, remember to click the "click here to continue" link on the bottom of the " You Made a Payment" page. This will take you back to our store so that we receive your invoice. If this fails, we can not send you your order.
