SHIPPING
Shipping Costs Shipping costs for orders may depend upon the methods
and options you choose. Completing our online checkout system will determine
cost of shipping and delivery times.
Shipping Time - Actual delivery time may be impacted by preparing
time, mailing time, carrier choice, availability of items, weekends,
and holidays.
Preparing and Packaging Time (average 24 hours.) Studsandspikes.com
individually measures and prepares each order precisely. We make every effort
to have orders packed and ready for shipment within 48 hours of receiving
the order payment and information. We do not work on Saturday, Sunday, or
Holidays.
Mailing Time (domestic average 3 days.) Mailing time corresponds to
the time it takes the mail carrier to ship your package. This time is determined
by the carrier choice of the customer.
Shipping Outside USA - We ship to foreign destinations daily. Studsandspikes.com
ships to any country on Earth. Postage costs to the shipping country will
be calculated at checkout time. Please remember that all packages imported
into your country may contain customs-tariff fees, and/or a brokerage fee.
You should contact your country customs agents for further detail. UPS
and DHL may charge a broker fee on top of a customs fee when shipping;
whereas U.S.P.S. does not charge broker fees.
Because of the nature of imported items, the delivery times given that are
not guaranteed are approximate times; this includes Priority Mail and First
Class international. You must select a delivery choice that is guaranteed
if you are under a time constraint.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Customer Requested Returns / Refunds on Merchandise - Return order
within 15 days of order reception. Within 15 days, you may return any of the
following items you purchased from this site, for any reason, and receive
a refund. We assume that the customer has read item descriptions and knows
exactly what they are buying. If the item is returned, we will charge a 15%
restocking fee and will not refund shipping charges. You must contact us and
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the
items to us. Items returned without an RMA number may not be accredited to
your account. This can be done over email. Please Contact
Us here. If the merchandise is returned due to a fault, or mistake of
any staff of studsandspikes.com, we will refund you for the entire amount.
Shipping Company Returns - If for some reason a customers package is
returned to us by the shipping company, we handle each return according to
the reason. Our policy is as follows:
- If the package is returned to us for any reason that may be claimed as any
error on the business StudsAndSpikes.com, we will refund for the entire order
or resend the order at no extra cost to the customer.
- If the package is returned to us unopened because of the customer’s
actions, we will refund for all items minus the shipping and handling fee.
(This may be due to the package never being claimed by the customer, or the
package being refused by the customer at the time of attempted to delivery.)
- If the customer claims that the package was never delivered, nor is the
package ever returned back to us, we will only refund if a report is filed.
We will only refund the order in it’s entirety as long as a report is
filed with the local delivery company. In the USA, this report is called a
“Lost or Stolen Package” report. The customer or agency must make
this report available to us for review. The local police or an investigation
may be initiated because of this report.
