This is a great wooden mallet to use for setting items like snap-rivets or punching Awls. The wood protects your project and will not scratch metals. Wood Mallets make great tools when you need to hammer something, but not damage the tools or surface of your projects. Unlike metal, wood hammers give a little and will not damage your metal tools.
